This is the first thing we look at.  It is our foundation, and it exists whether we think about it or not.  24/7, we are either standing, sitting or lying down.  People always ask me “What stretch can I do to help my posture?”.  I always tell them the same thing: “There is no 10-minute stretch that can combat 8 hours of poor decision making.”  Be aware of your habits.

This was a huge issue early on in the pandemic in 2020.  People began to work from home, rather than in a controlled office setting.  There is a science to how furniture and equipment should be arranged to best accommodate the human frame.  And any deviance from that ideal setup, can have a direct effect on the person working in it.  Be aware of your surroundings.
